Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canโ€™t offer you an exchange.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at runparidepa@gmail.com and

To exchange your product AFTER you have contacted us via email and received a confirmation email for approval on an exchange, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a product is no longer available you will receive a credit on your next purchase, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for lost items that are sent back via any parcel carrier. Tracking is highly recommended.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE:

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
